AnimeVisions provides AI-powered anime-style image generation. We offer a Free tier and paid tiers with different features, usage limits, and image storage durations. Free tier users have images stored for 3 days, while paid tier users have images stored for 30 days. Paid subscriptions can be obtained through recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases. We also offer bonus points as a separate product that provides additional generation capacity. The quality and content of generated images may vary and depend on user inputs and AI algorithms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details current. You may optionally enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security.

We offer monthly Premium and Ultimate subscriptions, as well as separate one-time bonus point purchases. The current price for every plan and product is shown on our Pricing page and at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We do not offer free trials.

Subscriptions by credit card: Credit card subscriptions are recurring and billed monthly. At the end of each month, your payment method is automatically charged the then-current monthly price, and this repeats until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings in your account; cancellation stops all future charges, and your access remains active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Subscriptions by cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency subscriptions are one-time purchases for one month and do not automatically renew. When the month ends, your account returns to the Free tier. You may purchase again once your current subscription has ended.

License keys: Paid access may also be activated with a license key, which grants access for one month and does not automatically renew.

Bonus points: Bonus points are a separate, one-time purchase available by credit card or cryptocurrency. They are permanent, do not expire, and remain in your account until used. Bonus points provide additional generation capacity only and do not unlock paid-tier features, including mature content generation.

Points included with a Premium or Ultimate subscription are reset at the start of each billing period and when a subscription ends; they do not carry over and are not refundable. Bonus points are separate and permanent. All points have no cash value and are non-transferable. All payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of significant technical issues on our end.

Content Generation Restrictions by Tier

Free Tier: Adult or sexually explicit content generation is not permitted.

Paid Tiers: Adult content generation is permitted, subject to the restrictions below.

Prohibited Content (All Tiers)

You agree not to use the Service to generate or attempt to generate content that:

• Depicts, sexualizes, or exploits minors in any way, including child nudity, child pornography, or any form of child exploitation
• Depicts sexual abuse, sexual violence, or any form of non-consensual acts
• Depicts acts that involve non-consent, sexual or otherwise
• Depicts animal cruelty or harm to animals, including acts of violence or torture
• Depicts or describes bestiality or any sexual act involving animals or non-human creatures, including monsters, aliens, mythological beings, or other fictional creatures
• Includes explicit depictions of gore or extreme violence
• Depicts or describes blood, including menstruation
• Depicts or describes scat or other excretory content
• Depicts alcoholic beverages, anything that may resemble an alcoholic beverage, or illegal substances
• Promotes or incites hatred, violence, discrimination, or harm based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Intentionally endangers or threatens the safety, security, or well-being of any individual or group
• Impersonates any real person or falsely portrays an individual in a misleading or defamatory way
• Depicts real-life celebrities, public figures, or any identifiable real persons, whether in a realistic or stylized manner
• Attempts to generate photorealistic or hyper-realistic imagery resembling real human beings, including through prompts designed to produce lifelike faces, bodies, or scenes
• Otherwise violates applicable laws or, in our sole discretion, is deemed unsuitable, obscene, offensive, or contrary to community standards and user expectations

General Platform Use Restrictions

You also agree not to:

• Use the Platform to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful material
• Use the Platform to send unauthorized advertising, spam, or solicitation or to harvest, collect, or gather user data without the user's express consent
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate our content moderation systems, safety filters, or generation restrictions
• Create or use multiple accounts to circumvent tier limitations, usage limits, or any other service restrictions

Content Moderation

We operate content-moderation measures to keep the Service free of prohibited and illegal content. Generation requests are automatically screened against our prohibited-content rules before any image is created, and requests that violate those rules are blocked. We do not monitor your activity in real time, and your generated images remain private and are never shown to or shared with other users. Content generated through the Service may, however, be reviewed where necessary to enforce these Terms or to comply with the law, and any content found to be prohibited or illegal will be removed. Accounts that violate these policies may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund, and violations may be reported to law enforcement.

You retain rights to your text prompts. You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these terms and applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your generated content but require limited rights to provide our Service. Generated images are stored for 3 days (Free tier) or 30 days (paid tiers) before automatic deletion.

AnimeVisions is responsible for all content made available through the Service.

The Service may, from time to time, contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by AnimeVisions. Any third-party link found to contain unlawful or violating content will be removed. Where a third-party link offers content that is beyond our control or monitoring capabilities, it will be removed.

AnimeVisions has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We have effective policies in place that prohibit the use of the Service in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, or abuse. We will take appropriate action against any such use, including suspension or termination of accounts and reporting to law enforcement where required.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ACCURACY OF GENERATED IMAGES, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may delete your account anytime through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and no refunds are provided.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saarbrücken, Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and consistently. Our complaints procedure is as follows:

• If illegal content, or content shared or created without the consent of a depicted person, is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours of a valid report.
• All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction wherever possible within 5 days.

Please include your name, your contact details, a description of the content or issue, and, where applicable, information that allows us to locate it. We will acknowledge and handle your complaint in accordance with the timeframes above.

To be processed, your notice should include:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of the material in question and sufficient information to locate it
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

We will review all valid complaints and take appropriate action where necessary, including removal of infringing content.
